Mingjun (Irene) Xie is a Licensed Acupuncturist in Washington State and a board-certified practitioner through the National Certification Board for Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine (NCBAHM).

Born and raised in China in a family of healthcare professionals, Irene developed an early interest in medicine and patient care. Growing up around hospitals while also being exposed to Traditional East Asian Medicine from an early age provided her with a unique perspective that continues to influence her clinical approach today.

Patients often appreciate Irene’s gentle and precise acupuncture technique. She places special emphasis on treatment accuracy, patient comfort, and creating a positive treatment experience, particularly for individuals who may be new to acupuncture.

One of Irene’s professional interests is Traditional Chinese Cupping Therapy. She offers both traditional fire cupping and modern cupping techniques based on each patient’s individual needs. Drawing from both traditional East Asian Medicine principles and contemporary clinical practice, Irene incorporates cupping therapy as part of a comprehensive treatment approach designed to support recovery, mobility, circulation, and overall wellness.
